In the heart of the Graian Alps, we are just a stone's throw from the Gran Paradiso National Park. In the tranquil village of Vieyes, between Aymavilles and Cogne, you'll find this cozy apartment, converted from an ancient 1800s mountain home, completely restored. Located on the first floor, it offers a balcony with a view of the village and well-appointed rooms: a modern, equipped kitchen connected to the living area, a double bedroom with antique wood, and a spacious bathroom with a shower. Central pellet heating ensures comfort in every season. The apartment is easily accessible from the A5 highway, exiting at Aosta Est and continuing towards Aymavilles and the SR47 towards Cogne. Vieyes is located in the middle of the valley, on the left; there is also a convenient bus stop connecting Aosta and Cogne. There are no shops or supermarkets in the village, so it is recommended to do your shopping in Sarre or Aymavilles. The location is perfect for nature lovers: several trails into the Gran Paradiso National Park start from Vieyes, and nearby you'll find castles, alpine lakes, the Lillaz Waterfalls, outdoor activities, and wineries for tastings. In winter, the cross-country ski trails of Valnontey, Lillaz, and Prati di Sant’Orso, the icefalls, and for alpine skiing, the Aosta-Pila cable car and the high valley resorts like Courmayeur are easily accessible.
