Located on the first floor, it offers a balcony with a view of the village and well-kept rooms: a modern, equipped kitchen connected to the living area, a double bedroom with antique wood, and a spacious bathroom with a shower. Central pellet heating ensures comfort in every season. The apartment is easily accessible from the A5 highway by exiting at Aosta Est and continuing towards Aymavilles and the SR47 for Cogne. Vieyes is located halfway up the valley, on the left; there is also a convenient bus stop connecting Aosta and Cogne. There are no shops or supermarkets in the village, so it is recommended to do your shopping in Sarre or Aymavilles. The location is perfect for nature lovers: various trails into the Gran Paradiso National Park start from Vieyes, and nearby you can find castles, alpine lakes, the Lillaz Waterfalls, outdoor activities, and wineries for tastings. In winter, the cross-country ski slopes of Valnontey, Lillaz, and Prati di Sant'Orso, ice climbing routes, and for downhill skiing, the Aosta-Pila cable car and the high valley resorts like Courmayeur are easily accessible.
